After winning their maiden T20 series against the New Zealand, Virat Kohli and co. is all set to welcome Sri Lankan. Sri Lanka arrived in Kolkata on Wednesday for 3 tests, 3 ODIs and 3 T20I matches.
It looks like Sri Lankan lions are in a mood to take revenge on the historic 9-0 whitewash earlier this year. However, one thing which they might not want to hear anymore is that Sri Lanka has never won a test match on Indian soil. So, it will also be interesting to watch whether they succeed in achieving their maiden test victory on Indian soil or keep the saga alive.
The first test match will be played at Eden Garden from November 16-November 20. Later, both the teams will shift to Nagpur for their 2nd test and finally to Delhi for the third and last test match. The ODI series will begin from December 10 with the first match scheduled in Dharamsala. Lankan’s seven weeks tour will end with the 3-match T20 series scheduled in Cuttack, Indore and Mumbai.
